The Project Host Bakery produces a fresh line of products for local restaurants and for individual purchase at special events, all while providing training and employment opportunities to graduates of our culinary program.

How the bakery HELPS

Culinary Training

The Bakery serves as additional training grounds for our most promising culinary students, who work and develop new skills as paid interns.

Purposeful Food Sourcing

The Bakery partners with local restaurants to supply them with quality baked products, allowing our partners to source items they need in a way that gives back to the community.

Program Support

All proceeds from the Bakery go back into supporting Project Host’s free meal and training programs.
